10:24 “A student is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master. 25 It is enough (Some understand “enough” as expressing tender sympathy—that even sharing in Christ’s shame and suffering is a privilege because it makes us more like Him) for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master. “Even today, when you walk in radical obedience to God family will accuse you of being “too extreme.” (Jesus’ own family thought He was “out of His mind”-(Mark 3:20-21) When you do the right thing people will question your good intentions and paint you as the villain. (Jesus’ critics accused Him of working for Satan when He healed a demon possessed man, calling Him Beelzebul-(12:22-24) When you show radical generosity and non-judgmental love, a skeptical world will assume ulterior motives, rather than genuine grace. (Jesus was accused of being a “glutton & drunkard” because He hanged out with social outcasts.-(Matt. 11:19)“ → When you set boundaries to honor and spend time with God, some will call you selfish. (Jesus withdrew from crowds to pray, and people didn’t understand His priorities.-(Matt. 14:23) When you invest in kingdom work instead of personal indulgence, people question your financial decisions. (Jesus praised the widow who gave all she had while others criticized her offering.-(Mark 12:41-44) When you speak the truth in love, people will say you’re harsh and judgmental. (Jesus spoke truth to the rich young ruler, and the man walked away offended.-(Matt. 19:16-22) When you stand firm and refuse to compromise your convictions and people accuse you of being inflexible. (Jesus refused to soften His message even when crowds left Him.-(John 6:60-66) When you choose humility, people will say your weak and lack ambition. (Jesus washed feet while others argued about greatness.-(John 13:1-17, Luke 22:24) When choose forgiveness over revenge, restraint over reaction, and people assume you lack courage. (Jesus stayed silent before His accusers, and they mistook silence for weakness.-(Matt. 26:63, Luke 23:34, 1-Pet. 2:23) When you follow God’s timing instead of human expectations, some will pressure you to be more visible, more impressive, or more strategic. (Jesus’ own brothers urged Him to go public before the Father’s time.-(John 7:3–6) When you stay faithful to God’s calling, people will try to reshape your obedience. (Jesus was staying true to God’s mission and people wanted to make Him a pollical King by force.-(John 6:15) When you refuse to take the easier path, even well‑meaning people will push you toward comfort instead of obedience. Teaches how becoming like Jesus is not always a easy journey, but the results are worth the struggles and hardships.

Teaches how being “like Jesus our Master” is our highest honor and daily standard we’re to aspire to.

Teaches how Jesus understands hatred and rejection.(Nothing we can go through Jesus hasn’t gone through before.)

Teaches how we should count it a privilege to suffer for Christ’s sake knowing how much He suffered for us.

Teaches just as we will be accessed of false accusation, neither will we be able to do any better at convincing than Jesus did.

Teaches how as disciples our only goal in life is to follow Christ, act like Christ, and be like Christ.
